You are responsible for any damage, loss, theft, contamination, or excessive cleaning resulting from your use of the premises or services, except to the extent caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
You must supervise minors at all times and ensure that any person under 18 is accompanied and controlled by a responsible adult unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
You must not record, photograph, livestream, or otherwise capture other users, staff, or third parties without the relevant consent where required by law.
We reserve the right to refuse admission, suspend service, or require immediate departure where we reasonably consider that a user has breached these Terms, endangered others, damaged property, or failed to comply with our instructions.
4. Payment terms and conditions
Prices for our services are shown in our booking system, price lists, quotations, or invoices, and may vary depending on room type, equipment, duration, day, and demand.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Payment is due in full at the time of booking or before the start of the session;
- Block bookings, deposits, or advanced reservations may require prepayment or part-payment;
- We may request card pre-authorisation, security deposits, or identification before providing services;
- All prices are inclusive or exclusive of tax only as expressly stated at the point of sale;
- Any late payment may result in suspension of access, cancellation of future bookings, and recovery of reasonable collection costs to the extent permitted by law.
Where we issue an invoice, it must be paid by the due date shown on the invoice. If no due date is stated, payment is due immediately upon invoice issue.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid and authorised. If a payment is reversed, charged back, declined, or otherwise fails, we may charge an administration fee and recover any associated bank or processor fees where permitted by law.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid for, unless the booking is amended by mutual agreement or the pricing error was obvious and material.
5. Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellation and refund rights may vary depending on the type of booking, whether it is an hourly session, block booking, equipment rental, or a specially arranged service.
Unless a separate written booking policy applies, the following general rules apply:
- Cancellation requests must be made through the method specified in your booking confirmation or by contacting us directly;
- Fees paid for bookings cancelled by you may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within a short notice period or where the booking is for a fixed reserved time;
- Deposits may be non-refundable where they secure reserved room time, staff allocation, or equipment preparation;
- If you arrive late, your booking will normally end at the originally scheduled time and no refund will be given for unused time;
- If you fail to attend a booking without notice, the full booking fee may be retained or charged;
- If we cancel a booking due to operational reasons, we will use reasonable efforts to offer an alternative time, credit, or refund for the affected session only.
Equipment rental, room setup, bespoke technical support, and other specially prepared services may be non-refundable once preparation has commenced.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any mandatory refund or cancellation rights that may apply under applicable law.
